Grand Fathers Second World War stuff?
Ok well i have a few things of my grand fathers, he was in the Second world war and he was captured as a pow, in the second world war he was in the British military and then came to Canada to join the Canadian military i think, well i have his 2 caps one is a airfoce wedge and the other is a hat thing. I know a bit about the military im in Cadets. Anyway he also had some ribbons and medals my dad has one medal in a box and it has a picture of the queen on it i think its a british sercive medal. I have 2 ribbons together and i found out they are brithish awards 1st one is the Pacific Star and the second is "War Medal" Any information on the items would help i have pictures
